After you've used self important bureaucratic buzz words that are normally used to buffalo a questioner, some people like me would actually like a real answer.
Like what was the predicate to start both a criminal and counterintelligence investigation. "Articulable facts" is not sufficient. Artiuclate the facts if they are so artiuclable. And isn't that redundant? Are not all facts artiuclable?

During his softball interview, McCabe listed Trump's firing of Comey, his tweets about it being a hoax, and his statements as reasons he was being investigated for obstruction BUT he never articulates how it began.
