There is no justifiable reason for a Federal Employees or Government Employee Union of any kind. The government dictates the pay scale and benefits based on Federal Guidelines. Otherwise, other than keeping dead wood on the payroll what purpose do they serve?

Apprehension of criminals is sometimes going to involve violence. That is unavoidable. It's a dangerous job. Anytime I encounter a Police Officer, I remind them to keep safe out there, knowing his next stop could well be his last.

Otherwise, the alternative is Vigilante Mercenaries that enter with their own set of issues. At least the organized police force has a set of City Council established rules.

Yeah! Give the thugs and looters what they want. Since that will never happen, I agree with the present mode of operation.......crack heads, then cuff'um, then stuff'um. Then throw them in jail. Let them enjoy the finer things of the Department of Correction facilities.

We pay women to have babies out of wedlock and raise them as single-mothers.

This problem exists across all races, but is especially bad in the Black Community.

Stop paying people to breed, it's as simple as that.
