I can't read sign language but it probably means, "turn the camera off", "and cut", "stop recording" or something to that effect.

If he just waived his hand, I'd agree. But he makes very deliberate motions - touching the tips of certain fingers. Just weird.

I didn't see any sign language there, but -
We FINALLY have a Chief Executive that does what a CEO should do. I'm optimistic for the first time in 15 or more years for the future of our nation. I used to be nostalgic for the Reagan years, but that is looking back. Now I am glad to be around for the Trump years. Liberal hand-wringing aside, he's doing a fantastic job.
