Then they'll tell you freedom of speech doesn't mean freedom from consequences. Your life can be utterly destroyed but the government didn't throw you in jail. It scares people from speaking their conscience. It's not restriction of freedom of speech though, because the law says as long as the government didn't directly restrict it it's ok. They have no care for the concept of free speech, only the technical letter of the law. They are strict constructionists in this instance only.

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and twitter , shoot they can hunt you down if they don't like your "tone" or views

had it happen a few years ago, so I got off twitter for that reason

suspended myself from facebook for 2 years, recently jumped back on and I see these post from 98% everyday ...

I just decided to un-follow these "friends"....

just not going to hit that shiny hook, because I so much enjoy a good little jab back and forth...especially when I know the other side doesn't have a much of a foundation to stand on with their argument.
