Just read LSU’s announcement on Twitter and also a few other posts.
Any negative comment was immediately followed by charges of racism.

One good thing - ALL of the racist streets and buildings named after slave owners, segregationists and confederates within the entire LSU system will get new names. NOLA already has it in their article about Tate.
