I don't think he was aiming for the building, really not sure wtf he's trying to do, maybe avoid SAM sites. You can see the second missile track accurately and go upwards. Based on everything else russia has made, not surprising 1/2 their shite doesn't work properly.

Russian doesn’t have any stealth bombers or 5th generation fighters. Also Ukraine’s air offensive capability is limited but it’s air defensive capability (at least on paper in open source media) is better expected. According to a tweet that I read earlier Russia had to divert its attack on Kyiv International airport to the Antonov Airport because they couldn’t knock out the Ukrainian SAMs and other air defense systems. Idk if it’s true or not but it was on twitter.
