Couldn't tell from Bill "no will" Cassidy's bragging news releases. I swear if they would finish that, put a Buc-ees on it, East West through traffic through BR would decrease by 2/3s

I49 south doesn't need much. Once you get a little south of Lafayette, its wide open with little population.

No but they are going to add an extra trip for Amtrak between NOLA and Lafayette.

Nothing is final but it was reported in local news that this is one of the main project that would receive funding.
