It's the 'Weinstein' scenario; once Meuller had to fire that for His blatant bias (per the outed Texts/Emails)...it opens the gates for partisan bias to become THE central issue of the whole Investigation.
Now, Bureaucrats/Departments that withhold FOIA Requests - or worse, hide/destroy evidence - can be seen as Obstructing Justice.
