This is great! Glad that it wasn't another 5-4 ruling. Maybe if it had been "Little Debbie" instead of "Little Sisters", Sotomayor may have agreed as well.

I don't know. I'm sure part of it is that the Supreme Court had already ruled that this part of the mandate couldn't be enforced. Basically, states then tried to enforce it on their own and that's where this new case came in.
