This one really bummed me out. That guy looks like a good ol baw who never meant harm. If anyone beat up a Capitol policeman, I don't have much sympathy. But, these people being crucified for taking selfies in the Capitol is heartbreaking. We all know what the result would be if that was BLM protesting Trump.

We saw a psycho nearly stab Lee Zeldin in the throat with a Hello Kitty brass knuckle thingy and he was released the same day. There are assholes in this thread saying that grannies who took an unguided tour into the Capitol building (that she funds) deserve the gulag for 2 years without trial.

Lol. You are clueless. You must be 14 years old. Those cops did not commit suicide because they valiantly protected the capitol.
That would be a badge of honor not shame.
If they did commit suicide it was because they were complicit with the protesters and they knew their careers were over. In which case you have to wonder who and why was someone putting enough pressure on those guys to make them kill themselves.

Crucified? Give me a break. He faced a maximum of six months and no telling what he would have gotten. Probation was more likely than six months.
