You can dislike Trump, but like Trumpism.

Why is his foreign policy bad, because he is holding allies accountable, and not stepping on eggshells with others who are really our enemies?

He’s doing just fine. I think you need to reassess what you know about foreign policy.

If you truly believe this (and I'll take your word for it), then why start a thread that comes across as even remotely suggesting there is ANY other alternative?

I am with you in this assertion since the candidate that the Democrat Party has put up would have a hard time putting together a 50-pc puzzle let alone solving the economic woes a nation is facing with the after-effects of a global pandemic.

I’m not stupid when it comes to foreign policy, I understand it quite well actually. Just because I don’t agree with his tactics doesn’t mean that I think we should just roll over and let everyone take advantage of us.

I love how you cut the quote to make it sound incredibly arrogant and stupid. Either you care about the covid-19 thing or you don’t.... changing your position and your rhetoric on it daily does nothing productive

In no way did I think it was arrogant. I absolutely believe that it is incredibly stupid.

Do you really believe he is changing his rhetoric on some things just for the hell of it?

Is there any remote possibility he has changed his mind after receiving updated and ever-changing information about something that no one living has ever experienced?

Any remote possibility at all?

You state that you believe he does what's best for America, but then insinuate that he doesn't care about the impact of the virus on America.

That is why I thought the post was stupid.

I actually like him because he doesn’t fall into the typical R/D tow the line shite. He believes in making this country better. Does he say and do everything correct, no. But frick, that’s the highest position in the world, I wouldn’t want it! He truly means well in my opinion and has done more in 4 years than most do serving 2 terms. I’ll take him!

Just my opinion, the last great democratic president was JFK. He tried to keep us out out conflict in Vietnam and return us to the gold standard which is why we all pay an income tax.

Trump seems as daring.

I stated that he changes his rhetoric daily, weekly. One day he is somber and serious, the next day he could care less. I’d like to see a consistent approach and this shite go away. If he either backed off, let it run, and get herd immunity or if he imposed some restrictions from a federal level and stopped the spread either way id be happy. I just can’t say I’m happy with the ever changing attitude I see from trump.

Never said you were stupid. That’s on you taking it that way. I told you to reassess what you think you know.

You didn’t say anything about his tactics. You specifically said he isn’t great at foreign policy and causes problems. You went into say he spends too Time tweeting about the Dems?

You still need to reassess what you think you know about foreign policy. Are you stupid? That’s for you and those around you to decide.

People say he is shite with foreign policy. He is fine. He has made the world respect that we are a fricking super power and not some baby back bitch.

Yeah it would be nice if he got off Twitter because I am of the opinion tweets do nothing. Tweeting how much you hate the Democrats doesn’t get anything done.

Personally, I’d like to see more of a careful approach of dealing with our allies. Pursuing Canadian steel tariffs doesn’t really do any good because the Canadians are going to retaliate meaning any economic advantage is cancelled out. Pulling troops out of Germany and threatening to pull out of nato is quite frankly stupid. Nato isn’t perfect; that much I agree with. But from a strategic position, Germany as well as nato is vital.

This is you losing the argument.

You think that statement means something because you asked folks to come in and discuss. When that discussion disagrees with your opinion it’s because we are blind and support every move. That is just lame, weak, and baseless.

That statement is me stating my opinion. I never said anyone is stupid or blind regarding their views of trump and his performance. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I don’t agree with everything he does, and a lot of people that have came in here do. That’s totally fine.

Just because most of us here don't agree with the things YOU don't agree with President Trump on means that a lot of us agree with him on EVERYTHING?

Mighty presumptuous.....and wrong.

Unfortunately, if you (or me) are dead, then our votes will probably be cast for Biden.
