According to Campus Reform, English professor Kusz dedicated a whole chapter to Tom Brady’s whiteness in his recent book, “The Palgrave Handbook of Masculinity and Sport,” in which he alleged that the quarterback gained popularity due to the “latest wave of white rage and white supremacy” that developed during the Obama presidency, culminating in the election of President Trump.

URI PROFESSOR HATES WHITE PEOPLE
Unfortunately this ran in my local newspaper, so that's direct from what gets printed here. Nothing more than likely a anti-Trump professor who probably hates football and himmself too. What seemed most interesting was the school's wording when asked for comment about it. Interesting, though not surprising. Felt more like a tabloid article, and a guy desperate to make a name for himself.

He asserts the same general premise about all white (usually male) athletes - that there's a racial and class underpinning for their support - and then modifies his conclusions to fit his narrative for that article.
