The only reason the blue wall is competitive is because of Trump. If you want to see how a neocon would do in these states, see the pre 2016 elections.

I haven't bothered to look at the other states, but Cruz destroyed Trump in the Wisconsin 2016 primary. When it was down to just three candidates.
To say only Trump was able to breech the "blue wall" is laughable. He's not that popular here and is the only reason it is close.

The last time a republican won Wisconsin was the landslide of 1984. You should learn more about your state’s history
A bush/haley/cheney social, neo conservative doesn’t win Wisconsin. A populist candidate is the only Republican who can win that region, although they don’t do as well in the sun belt.

I don't think it's determined by the people of PA, but Philly vote counters. Just gotta hope enough people come out and can counter it. Get all the Amish to vote, etc as that may be the #s that ballot counters arent able to accommodate for.
Now WI and GA...it's the people and let's see if they can dig their panties out of their cracks and get over the mean tweets. Those 2 states are electoral pansies that will bite their noses off to spite their faces.
