But seriously, if you want informative statements on this question, I recommend the following YouTube video of Vance speaking at a Hungarian university during his recent trip there a few days ago. Specifically, go to the 10:30 mark and listen to what he says for the next two and a half minutes, til about the 13:00 mark.
