He also postponed any resignation until a few weeks from now.
I fully expect the left to launch a wave of false allegations at Trump trying to get him to step down and when he doesn't Frankenbeans will announce, that since Trump isn't stepping down then he won't either.

I'll write Franken's speech for him:
"In the face of Trump's blatant racist sexism and refusal to acknowledge justice by resignation, I will stand UP for justice by remaining in office and joining the Resist Movement against Donald J. Trump! "
After the speech event he will invite the nearest pretty blonde blue-eyed 20 something chick to check his pants to verify whether or not he's indeed standing up for justice.
