Careful, you are going to cause Senator Schumer to start bawling again. I hate to see a grown man cry.
Then Nancy P will resort to prayer.

Since this thread has descended into name calling, does anyone want to bring it back up to decency by explaining the appeal to the 9th C to me?

Because I read it, and it literally just says who the defendants are and that they appeal. Aren't they supposed to cite some factual, and/or legal issue with the previous ruling?

ETA: answer is that it's a motion, not the brief, and process varies massively from district to district. This is just a notice they're actually going to do.

At last count, POTUS Trump has over 23,000,000 followers. Obviously a lot of folks out there approve of what he's saying.

I don't know which judge is correct.

I will give you a hint. The one who actually cited law and not the emotional one.

You figure out which is which.

And I won't even bring up the wording that specifically states the powers the Executive has regarding aliens.

Like I told you. Stick to race baiting on the OT. Politics is way above your stupidity.

Yes in a lot of places you have a separate motion and a separate memorandum or petition setting out your argument in support of the motion. Civil procedure is weird sometimes.

He is just melting because something did not go his way.

"not go his way" = another completely obtuse political statement by an activist judge.

Let me ask you = do you really think the Seattle judge's decision was genuinely based on law? or was it merely a politically motivated activist roadblock?

Of course any rational person will recognize it as the latter - and that is the definition of a melt. You can stop traffic for a while when you immolate yourself in the middle of the freeway - but soon your ashes will be swept aside and normal traffic will resume. That is what you snowflakes are doing = melting yourselves all over the freaking nation and misinterpreting our bemusement at your stupidity as a 'melt.'

Whatever helps you get thru the day - have at it = you are ridiculous and your know it, but if you make enough noise and keep your fingers in your ears, you can avoid reality for another day or so.

I cannot imagine a sadder existence than you are experiencing right now. I could almost feel sad for you if you had any redeeming value. But you have relegated yourselves to the status of a stinkbug, so your demise is sort of enjoyable to watch.

Give me a frickin break. Trump is Dick Cheney 2.0.

It's just a matter of time before you have the Defense Department putting out misleading information to the public in order to start another war.

Of course, the media will be to blame. It's always their fault to the pathetic LCDs of the world.
