While I’ve not read the pleadings in this lawsuit, I would have thought that CNN’s attorneys would be working on a preliminary injunction against the removal of Acosta’s press pass and a hearing on said preliminary injunction would be had prior to the expiration of the temporary restraining order.

No, as I explained last week. the ONLY Thing the WH suspended was Acosta's permanent WH pass. The press itself decides who is in the press pool and where they sit during press conferences.

Hell, Acosta could have walked up to the WH and asked for a day pass if he had wanted to and went to the press conference.
