Minneapolis and Milwaukee are not what surprised me about those two. I’m surprised because they are such cold weather states.

I don't know what to make of it. There are other sources who track population movement which have Louisiana leading the country in population loss for the second year in a row (2024, 2025).

University’s allowing out of state students to pay in state tuition to attend.

While I don’t disagree with this there should be some mandatory requirement to work in LA at least 4 years after you graduate.

If not, they will move right after graduation.

If Louisiana gained any population it’s freeloaders and trash leaving Mississippi and Alabama where they made it harder to get Medicaid and Louisiana made it easier under Edwards. We need less trash, not more.

Congrats on the increase.
