It's more of a sliding scale
At the furthest Right end you have total Anarchy or as close to 0% Government Control as possible and at the furthest Left end you have the forms of Government that are as close to 100% Government Control as possible (Communism, Fascism, Fundamentalist Theocracy etc).
Most people's beliefs fall all along the spectrum depending on the subject

That’s what the spectrum ought to be, not what it is. David Duke did not consider himself a leftist, and he wasn’t all about libertarianism.
