True or False?

If Iran can provoke Trump into overreaction or otherwise deal some kind of military or cyber-attack to Trump's America, this helps Dems chances to win the election later this year.

Should the Dems facilitate this kind of set-back?

Why wouldn't they? Because of morals? Because of scruples? Because "Patriotism"?

My conclusion is that, if they could help Iran without being caught, they will do it.

Kerry has already been over there helping them out.

If the whole impeachment debacle wasn’t still hanging around the Dems’ necks, I might say true. However, they’re stuck with looking stupid regardless of any Middle East problem for Trump.

Kerry needs to experience what is known as "collateral damage".

The fist of Iran? We have plenty of missiles to counter their fist?

They already have via the NY times. They tried to tip Iran off about the attack ahead of time

NY Times

Moreover, hypersonics are a weaponized moral hazard for states with a taste for intervention, because they erase barriers to picking fights. Is an adversary building something that might be a weapons factory? Is there an individual in an unfriendly country who cannot be apprehended? What if the former commander of Iran’s Revolutionary Guards, Qassem Soleimani, visits Baghdad for a meeting and you know the address? The temptations to use hypersonic missiles will be many.

Dear OP,

Knowing your post history, I have a feeling this is a rhetorical question as you know this has already happened.

Kerry was there recently, and we now know Obama hosted one of the Embassy attackers at the White House.

Those puzzle pieces aren't hard to put together, my friend.

Yes, I suspect that you are correct.

I challenge each and every Democrat to resist the urge to Cheer for Iranian military victory just because this will hurt Trump. And, Democrats, if you are in a position to actually help Iran against Trump, please resist your natural urge to stab the USA in the back and support your neighbors, even though I know that you hate your neighbors.

Thank you.

You ask for too much. Temper your expectations.
