a sickening injustice that nearly happened - Jussie Bleach

Having poured through some of what was released on the Smollett case around early-Spring-2019, I recall a terrifying note that went mostly unnoticed.
At one point in the investigation, CPD personnel began to have some suspicions that it was a hoax, and they called Smollett in for some follow-ups. For ONE of those follow-ups, Smollett was told two suspects were being questioned and there might be a need for him to identify them in a line-up.
That never happened, either the suspects were quickly cleared OR the CPD was laying a trap to see what Smollett did. But look at it from Smollett's point of view as he made his way to the station. In his mind, presumably, he KNEW he was about to be looking over two innocent (probably white) men and he was going to be asked "was it these men?"
What would Smollett have said at that point? Does he clear them? Given his narcissism, extreme TDS and overall derangement, I think he would not have cleared them.
So these two innocent men are then arrested, and I'd think would spend the subsequent 48-72 hours getting their asses beaten within an inch of their lives... with a high likelihood of teeth kicked in, broken jaws, brain damage, and rape for good measure.
So there's that.

This needs to happen to Jussie

You do know that a lineup will include more than just those two men?

The only way for that to be effective on Jussie is if the rapists wear MAGA hats.

Oh jeezz.. so their chances of being nearly killed in jail drop from 100% to 20%. Nice odds.

You know they would all be white...and NONE guilty.

I have no doubt he would not have cleared these men. He never expected to get caught and even if he did, he expected the media to defend him until this whole thing quietly went away.

Nah. He would have pussied out. His little plan didn’t think that far ahead. He thought he could cause a anti white Twitter shitstorm and that would be the end of it. Never considered how far the police would go with it.

I can see that outcome too. He certainly embraces all aspects of being a complete and utter pussy (despite disliking pussy).
On the other hand, HOW confident are you? Probably not enough to stand in that line-up.

It would have been two white men and the rest black men

As much as I detest Jussie, I don’t believe he would’ve sent two randos to jail. He just wanted publicity and it would be far easier to say “nah that’s not them” than to go through a trial where those two men would’ve had a solid alibi - then that craters Jussie’s case.

As I said above, I can see your point, and it is indeed a reasonable one. On the other hand, HOW confident are you? Probably not enough to stand in that line-up.

It would have been hilarious to bring out 7-10 guys in a lineup...all of them looking like trump, maga hats and all.

Jussie should be given at least 20 lashes with a cane. I guarantee pussies like himself would think long and hard before pulling stunts like that if serious punishment was involved.

Jason Sedackus playing Joe Biden with a MAGA hat in a line-up saying "ok dammit, even my old, senile, crazy arse knows that I didn't do this shite".

I generally agree with a lot of posts that you have here but I think you've gone off the rails a little bit in the Op. If the police were suspicious of him in this whole deal, called him in for a fake lineup, then had he identified two people that they knew were innocent then I doubt seriously the police would put that person in jail.... Unless I misread something.
FTR, It nauseates me to think about what he did. I think he should be on the hook for all of the money spent, and then tack on a huge fine, and then you should serve time in jail.

He should receive the same sentence a guilty verdict for the crimes he falsely accused these men of, x2 of course, since he said there were 2 men.
The same should happen for the women who falsely accuse rape, and the plethora of false racism and such on college campuses. Maybe then this bullshite would stop.

#2: please re-read this portion of my OP:

#3: as I keep saying, fine.. the chances of that injustice having happened might have been slim. BUT the entire situation is due to Smollett and his evil lies. So even if there was a 0.5% chance of it happening as I described, that's a pretty high risk that none of us would want to be a part of, but WAS put in place by a card-carrying member of the Deranged Left.

It would not surprise me if it comes out he was shown a lineup...and picked two innocent men.
That might be why the law backed off immediately. He probably picked a cop and a jailhouse clerk out of the lineup and swore that was them.

I agree with this one hundred percent. And if that's what happened then we should impeach Trump immediately because it's his fault.
