When the very top level of government purposely lies about Russian dossier or a nonexistent vaccine they insist everyone take, there really isn’t much left that they won’t do.

Really? I haven't heard anyone here pushing for anything other than status quo. Those who are outright pushing for white supremacy or invading other countries are drummed out pretty quickly. Maybe stop defining anything main stream from 20 years ago as hard right.
The problem is not your friend's politics. It's that she needs to unplug. Instead of attacking her politics, maybe you could approach it from that angle. "We're going camping, no cell phones, no discussions of news all weekend." Might help.
Unfortunately, guys like Glen Beck feed into that conspiracy stuff. I agree with the rest that I'm barely able to tolerate him. Jessie Kelly probably agrees with 95% of Beck's positions, but he doesn't deliberately wind people up to sell books.
