I figured it was a short time until the FBI and ATF found something on some of the first couple of bombs and the other usual checks and the noose would begin to tighten.
Then they came on tv and begged for some kind of contact. Ruh roh. They were fishing for something they could attempt to further pull some evidence from.
Now they seem to not have a whole lot to go on. If they saw him on a camera.. you could bet it would be out there for someone to help identify if they couldn’t.
He will slip eventually. But whoever it is either has some knowledge or is very lucky.
