2nd Whistle-blower is Ukraine call 2.0; another intel official with 'first hand' knowledge

Confirmed this Whistle-blower is about the same Ukraine call already released.
ABC news reporting it as if it is brand new information with a mobster insinuation in the video.
They are also repeating the lie (that even democrats discounted)...that Trump tried to 'lock-down' the phone call as if it was nefarious or obstruction.
(It was reported that Obama did this) Trump did this after his first phone call with a foreign leader was leaked.
PURE propaganda with a touch of Trump is a mobster and he obstructed the Ukraine call.

It's sad that we have to point to this hypocrisy, but it needs to be done everyday by Trump. Just continue to say it was the policy/SOP he was handed, so his temp just followed it as legal ways of handling it. Etc etc. People understand that speak.
Our govt is the largest corporation in the world, so speak to the people in those terms to help them comprehend what's going on. Trump can do this easily. Teach us, and give us a view into the zoo, not just constant poo flinging.

Can anyone tell me why this leaker is not arrested? If he was first hand he was listening in on the call. The only reason why nothing is said about this by anyone in the news or Trump's twitter better be that it is Brennan or one of Obama's plants.
