That letter is awful. Written like a politician rather than a lawyer.

Not one mention of the laws they are breaking. “Courts and businesses have rejected as illegal..” Sad

Costco has about he best customer service of any company in the retail sector

Yeah, I loved the 20 deep lines because a cashier took a year to scan and a second year to find a box and package everything up. Across the Pond,
and many others, they scan....goes directly into the bag, each item....Costco creates a log-jam. Costco needs DOGE.....not very efficient.

But hey, cheap hot-dogs!

Interesting that people would rather reward mediocre by shopping somewhere beside Costco…. Yet believe they’re punishing Costco for not being a meritocracy.

Anyone that’s shopped at Costco knows they’re heads and shoulders above the rest when it comes to hiring the best.

Not even close to truth. What you’re describing is Sams. They have morons working there.

The lines at costco are long because of the huge numbers of people that shop there. The lines move quickly too.

These AGs are mostly cowards. Where were they two years ago? Four years ago? Now that they sense the change in direction of the winds, they finally show some backbone. Cowards!

Most people are not leaders. Most people need to be told what to do.

Sam’s scan and go makes it much easier to shop.

The Costco in Baton Rouge can clear in 10 minutes a check out line that extends darn near to the back of the store. The Wal Mart in Prairieville takes 30 minutes to check out two people.
