You could have had 100 reservoirs this size, and the tanks could not have kept up with the demand.

Like I said, you post some really dumb stuff sometimes.

Common sense would tell you that having 117 million extra gallons would have helped fight the fire.
It would have made little difference, the information is posted if you are able to read proper english.

MAKE COMMON SENSE COMMON AGAIN
With populists, thats impossible.

That is not valid because these were not “house fires”. These were forest fires that reached houses. You can’t save the house by just fighting the fire in the house. It will simply restart when the burning hillside catches it on fire again.
You’re such a tool.

Never fails. His TDS is flaring up badly this morning. Must've had too much to drink last night.

and ......water.
Sure. But once this fire started, and the winds were blowing at hurricane force, there was no stopping it with water or anything else. We are going to have fires. If they are going to be controlled, by water and other fire fighting, they need to be manageable fires, and that comes from fire prevention techniques - controlled burns, fire breaks and cleaning of debris.

you dont need any, just common sense and the ability to read what people who manage water supplies tell you.
Perhaps you should let Gov. Newsom know that before he wastes everyone's time in the major investigation he's calling for.

That's not how fire works. Fire passes through the forest until it reaches houses
That not how this fire works either.
Embers were igniting shite far from the fire source.
People were at the mercy of the wind, not of water.

They'll come to a similar conclusion.
The investigation is to appease the little people who look for pounds of flesh before actually researching anything.

To supply water.
But you fail to understand this...
Nothing was saving those homes. This is an overregulation problem, and y'all are fricking it up.

it would’ve cut demand on the area’s water system from four times to three times as high as normal.

You can hang on false reasoning if you choose, the problem with these fires are thus..
1) People living where people should not live.
2) Overregulation.
Now you can pick up your pitchfork and torch and join the other populist dweebs.

Son, you arent educated enough to catch anyone lying on this board.
You have to Wiki everything you dont understand. N ow, youre pretending to be more knowledgeable than actual water managers.

Why shouldn’t people live in pacific palisades or the Hollywood hills, Roger? You’re so jealous of the wealthy people. It’s why you want to tax them more.
