Got some awesome fresh Royal Red's over at Port Canaveral. Decided since they cook so quickly I would do Asian style......Also used Shiratki noodles since being Type 2 diabetic they literally have no carbs
Marinade
2 tbsp grated ginger
1tbsp Hot Sesame Oil
2tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
2tbsp Sambal Oleck Chili Garlic Paste
1tbsp Sriracha
3tbsp Mirin
2 cloves of Garlic Sliced thin
1/3 cup of diced red onion
2tsp kosher salt
1/3 tsp 5 spice powder
2tbsp fresh squeezed lime juice
1# Fresh Royal Red Shrimp
1 cup shrimp stock made with shells
14oz Shirataki Noodles
1/2 Zucchini Shredded
4oz Black Fungus Mushrooms(rehydrated in shrimp stock)
10 Spears Asparagus(cut in 2 inch pieces & halved lengthwise)
Thai Basil
Marinated shrimp for 2-3 hours
Poured about a cup of shrimp stock in large skillet & put asparagus in for 3 minutes on medium-high heat
Removed asparagus & set aside
Wipe skillet dry
Coated skillet with toasted sesame oil & raised temp to medium high
Drained shrimp and poured marinade in skillet
When hot added black fungus, then zucchini sauteed for 2-3 minutes
Added asparagus back, then added shrimp cooking on high for 1 minute
Add shirataki noodles to skillet to warm through
Garnished with Thai Basil
Sorry no plated pic I got carried away eating.....It was terrific

Looks like worms with some shrimp, but hell I'd eat it.
