that's almost laughable.

Karma Police and I Want It That Way are very Beatlesque songs, Karma Police being a song that literally ripped off a Beatles song. You have Oasis in your list and everybody knows they wanted to be The Beatles.

I feel like you almost go out of your way to make sure everyone on the board knows you dislike The Beatles. And I understand they're not everybody's cup of tea, but I could easily see you making this list and making sure there wasn't a song by them in it.

well shite do you really expect people to come up with a top 100 list of songs?

No it isn't.

People say John Mayer ripped off Karma Police with his song Victoria....because Mayer uses a chord in Karma Police. But if you listen to them, they are very different songs.

Well I guess they failed. Because the beatles never made a song as good as Wonderwall.

I wasn't the one who mentioned the beatles. If I were going to do some beatles bashing, posting my favorite spotify playlist would be a very inefficient way of achieving that objective, don't you think?

Rest assured that this is not what transpired. The songs on this list made it onto the list based on merit and merit alone. And when I say merit, I mean subjective merit. The list isn't propaganda. It's a list of songs I love.

You Beatles fans should really get over yourselves.

No. But maybe they already have one. I didn't make the list for purposes of posting. I just simply posted the list.

1. Do you see any R&B slow jam songs on that list?

2. Do you see any country songs on that list?

You have no idea how many crusades I'm on.

I had to quote this 3 times so others can see it and know not to take you seriously. I think I'll quote it again.

And the fact that you have that "Ho Hey" song that recently came out in your list of 100 favorite songs says a lot. Lulz

Well I guess they failed. Because the beatles never made a song as good as Wonderwall.

And I'm sure you think the Beatles never wrote a song as good as Stacy's Mom too since that's on your list. but yeah, no hard feelings. It is your list.

Write it on the chalkboard as many times as you want.

the Beatles never wrote a song as good as Stacy's Mom

You can write this too.

In fact, feel free to insert every song from my list into the above sentence. All the resulting sentences will be true.

I'm taken aback by the defensiveness of Beatles fans. Or rather this particular Beatles fan. Whatcha afraid of homie? If your band is so good, then put on your own playlist. I won't give a frick.

OutKast is my favorite group of all time. I think they've written 30 songs better than the best song by the beatles. Without breaking a sweat.

Do I give a shite if you think Nickelback is better than Outkast? No sir, I do not.

What does it say?

Elaborate on this "a lot" of which you reference.

So you're telling me The Beatles never wrote a song as good as I Want It That Way? They never wrote a song as good as that Sleigh Bells song where you can't understand a damn thing the girl is saying ? Is that what you're saying?

Serious question, how far were you from that loud arse fertilizer plant explosion in West, Texas?

I agree with bobbyray on the Beatles. There would be none in my top 500. There would be McCartney, Ringo and George songs though. Pretty sure this is the only music issue I've ever agreed with him on though
