Dough Pizzeria. Best pizza I've had.

Go to Chris Madrids, best burger and nachos
I like Mi Tierra and the kids will like the bakery and mariachi band

I'll throw in my standard where to eat in San Antonio thread response of LaFogata and Bohanan's Steaks. Try the candied jalapeño and cream cheese.

With kids it is tough. Boudros is pretty nice on the riverwalk and has some amazing guacamole.
Mi tierra like someone else said would be good because the kids will like the festive nature, and the food is pretty good.
If going to Sea World, there is a place near there called Bigz Burger Joint. We went there last year, and it is great because they have a huge fenced in area of astro turf for the kids to run and play etc, while you and the wife can relax outside at one of the tables and enjoy a pretty good burger and some beers.

You can't leave San Antone and not eat Rudy's BBQ and Paesano's. there are great burgers to be had there also. Chris Madrid's makes a succulent burger, along with many other places.
Paesano's still has the best steak I've ever eaten, including every steak house in San Antonio. The beef tenderloin with the poached potatoes is the way to go. The shrimp paesano is an excellent appetizer as well. There is one off of 1604 and a location on the Riverwalk. I prefer the 1604 location much more than the Riverwalk one.
