I have eatel light wave. I want a "smart tv".

I am upgrading from a 60 Hz 720 p 50" plasma.

Price range is 2500 or less. I want the best picture I can find for the price. 65-70" range.

I'm considering a sharp 70" le640u for about 2100.

I'm a tv noob. Please help. How many Hz do I need?

Samsung E series is sweet. 7000 > 8000 since gesture and voice control are BS anyway

I've really liked my Samsung. Connected it the internet and can watch HBOgo and Netflix directly to my TV without any other devices.

I had the 60" Sharp LE640 for almost a month and exchanged it for the Panasonic plasma 60ST50. I love the panasonic much more than i did the Sharp. The sharp is good but the panasonic is that much better

I have a Samsung LED 55' Smart Series 6900. Picture is ridiculous on this TV, best TV I have owned. It has 3D ( which I think I may have used once) and internet capabilities.
