Good move on NBC sports part getting some of these US games... maybe it will help people find the channel when it comes to the MLS.

Thanks for setting this up man. Are these all qualifiers or some friendlies?

Do you expect Lee Nguyen to score more or less than 12 goals in these upcomming matches?

What time is the 6/8 qualifier? I was thinking about going if it was on the weekend... May be able to do Friday if its late.

Scotland is pretty much England, which means I ll be getting a case of Sam Adams... Loved the WC for that reason.

I'm fairly certain Chili's lists Sam Adams on their import menu. Which leads me to believe, they're actually run by Al Queda.

Get Beckerman and Robbie Rogers in, and we'll be good to go.

Frick on a stick, I just remembered who that was.

Why do we always seem to have one or two callups that make no sense, and just seem to be Manager favorites regardless of skill or form?

Castillo has been playing regularly and in good form for Tijuana in the fmf league. He's also relatively young and turned his back on Mexico to represent the US

Also, he's a left back, who would you prefer they call in? Bornstein? The only other options are right footed players (lichaj and Spector who is now a midfielder) and Heath Pearce (who I wouldn't mind seeing get a call)

I like it, I don't know too much about him but I got a good impression from the few games.

Let the speculation about Chandler's international future begin...

quote:

On the exclusion of Timmy Chandler from the roster:
“I have had long conversations with Timmy about where he is in his professional career and his commitment to playing international football. He has expressed his appreciation for all the opportunities we have given him, but he also feels at this point he needs to take a break. It’s disappointing not having him as a part of the team at this important juncture of building our team, but ultimately a player must decide what is best for him. The door is certainly not closed on Timmy, but in the moment we move on without him.”
