fans like you defending the moves this organization is making amaze me. Im a Hornets fan, but the guys at the top are dictating their moves off a player who seems like he doesnt want to be here. You said it yourself that a reason the Hornets werent playing Thornton is because he and Chris Paul got into. Paul has Williams and Demps by the balls and he is going to run this franchise into the ground.

We should've traded him
our front court is better then when we had three white 7 footers frantically running around the court
Demps is a GENIUS

no, we should have played him. He was our second best scorer behind West.
to the worst offense in the West.
+ his defense was just as good if not better than Marco.
Not playing him was stupid. I said it then Ill say it now.
Having Landry is better than a benched Thornton, but Monty looks like a damn fool.

fans like you attacking the moves the organization makes amaze me. I'm a hornets fan, and bitching and moaning about what they do after it is done doesn't do anything but make me look FOOLISH. Demps himself said they're building a program not trying to build a team for a certain player. This teams' fans are amongst the most fickle in the nation and though it is quite hilarious to see and read everyday it can get quite tiring.

I thought in theory the trade would be good, in the sense we had a lot guards filling the 2 and we needed help elsewhere. However, I would have rather shipped off Marco.
But I've only been following this franchise for a short time and hadn't really followed the NBA before that. So, I don't know shite in reality.

no, we should have kept it going like it was. He was a good scorer. Congrats, that's all he was
to the Hornets
His defense was mediocre, the only good defender out of all our SGs is Green, the rest are porous
Not playing him was not playing him, it wasn't anything when we were winning games, now that they start losing, the snakes come out
Having Landry is better than Thornton, Demps is quite the genius

well Thornton is on pace to put up around 30 points for Sacramento tonight
nahhhh we dont need that

Thornton can score in bunches for a garbage team with less than 25 wins who don't have a set offense and wasn't getting playing time at his prior team
Nahh, we don't need a seat filler

I will say that while Thornton is a legit scorer, it will be interesting to how the scoring dynamic works when Evans comes back for Sac.

This sums up my feelings about trading Thornton perfectly. We had to trade him because Monty refused to play him, and this should very deservingly hang over Monty's head.
