mason sand = ~$40/yd. One yard will bottom out a regular size p/u truck, so get a flat rate delivery (~$80) from your brick yard and have them drop a few yards.

problem solved. don't waste your time dealing with those knuckleheads.

Actually this sounds as it would be considered a "systems" classification and anything that calls Into that category has a 2 year warranty.

As stated earlier, if it's on your property, it's on you. Unless your builder owns his shitty work and fixes it. I'd call him and tell him this falls under systems warranty and to get his arse out and fix it. It does sound like shitty labor installing it half arse and it's going to continue to leave a hole until the drab is fixed

Did you ever get this problem figured out? I currently having some issues with my yard, but I know the HOA will not fix and I have a few more days with my 1 year time frame.
