Where can i buy shiners / shad in baton rouge?

Wanting to dump some fish into my small bass pond behind the house. I tried the hardware store on Jones Creek but they told me "the weather was too hot for them to keep shiners alive". Any thoughts on where I can buy a bucket full of shiners or shad for my bass to munch on?
