When will Freemason Island turn on for the Trout?

If I can find a way out of quarantine and my wife not finding out then I’m there but suspect both options are terrible this week.

If I remember correctly it had an airstrip and a small farm at one time.

This is correct and it had Pine trees & Oak trees on the Island. It was like Cat Island.

yes it did
when my father was young (mid fifties) he and my grandfather used to anchor my grandfathers commercial fishing boat there for weeks while catching and processing fish. If anyone remembers, the giant sawfish that used to be at marine life in Gulfport was caught by my grandfather at Freemason

It shouldn't. Mardi Gras/Bohemia will have a greater impact on the water clarity in that area but South winds and currents will typically keep it clean.

It's not good for it. Depends on how long it's open for, wind direction, etc...
