Tell me about the brisket mix. Do you use trimmed lean brisket? Or just cube up the fat cap and everything, what brisket to deer ratio? I’ve been wanting to do this awhile.

Well after spending some time in Georgia watching my boy play in some lacrosse tournaments there, I'm not surprised at what you can get away with in Georgia anymore.
