You're just looking for a trailer jack with a wheel?

ETA: or are you looking for one of these?

is that 600lb rating the tongue weight? How big of a boat and trailer do you think one person could move with one of those?

Yes

If the trailer fits the boat there really shouldn't be that much tongue weight. My dad's old boat was a 19ft boat. I could easily pick it up and move it by hand.

Size of the boat would be determined by if the ground was flat and if you had it on concrete.
