What’s a good smaller canopy (40 ft-ish) shade tree?

Was considering a drake elm or live oak originally, but I would prefer to find something that won’t grow any larger than about 40ft diameter. Putting in front yard (90’ wide by 80’)
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I vote Drake Elm. I just planted 4 along my driveway. They only get to about 40-50'.

There's a smaller live oak, cathedral live oak, 35' max hgt, 20' av crown spread? IDK if they're good trees or not, just passing this along.

edit - I don't care for drake elms nor maples. I'd plant a native, cedar elm maybe, cypress, sweet pecan, etc.

Shumards are about 40-50. I've got some I grew from acorns that I need to transplant soon.
