Yeah. Just sitting on my deck I can see at least 5 more bunches across the canal from me. That's just what I can easily see. Weird...I have never seen them before here.

Snail Kites love them too and are expanding their range. There is a nesting pair in Tallahassee this year which is unheard of, they usually are much further south in Florida. Limpkins are expanding too and in Louisiana already. Snail Kites may not be far behind. Both are very cool birds.

Copper will kill all of your invertebrates and a lot of plant life, but it should kill all snails too, not just the apple snails.

I sprinkled some Bengal Fire ant mound destroyer on a pile.
They sizzled up and ain’t no way any survivors
