The public boat ramp by Boopaloo’s on hwy 22 in Springfield has quite a few trash hauler trucks with the grapple hook and the big tall wall trash trailers taking up tons of parking spots. Does anyone know the story on them and why are they allowed to park there?

I had heard the parish/state had contracted out the clearing of the river. Downed trees and such.

Tickfaw Regatta. They were racing homemade boats. I'm sure some didn't make it too far.
