Thats crazy. Even at a 2 bag limit, we are almost always over.

I am betting most people do not know this regulation exsits. I consider myself pretty up to date on regs and had never heard of this until today. And like you, lots of people make weekend long trips to Toledo and keep all of their fish till Sunday to clean.

Yea. Ive been checked before also, but never was doing anything wrong to make them want to search our place or anything. this is prob reserved for those breaking other laws and doing serious wrongs, before they try to enforce it.

Thanks for the posession limit update. I have been WAY over this when we are there for several days. Would post a few pics but mr greenjeans might find me. So i wonder, if you have reduced said catch to fillets in the same ice chest with another bag limit, would that be bad as well?

What I don't know is how this applies to camps that are temporary residences for people.

an agent just said possesion is considered with scales still on. Once cleaned its considered food. Guess a little common sense works.
