Well its good that the kid's life appeared to be saved. An unfortunate story for sure. I'm not blaming him for the incident but frick, i'd surely be upset with myself for that happening to my child.

As any father will tell you, he has been kicking himself in the nuts since minute this happened. I know I sure would be.
