She has been fighting high BP the whole time and it keeps getting worse. Dr made her start coming in for weekly check ups and this last time it was so high he sent her to labor and delivery. Of course they start monitoring her and run labs,,she has high levels of liver enzymes that have them really scared.
Is this the right call in your opinion?

Yes it is.
Prayers sent man, it can be a scary time. Doctors are making the right call. Did they say anything about her having low platelets?

No they are still really good and so are oxygen levels which is why the nurse seems to think if no improvement on next dilation check the Dr will prob do it rather quickly.
We lost a friend to HELP syndrome a few yrs back and it has us scared. Delivered the child then passed away the next day

Yeah, HELP syndrome was what I was scared of too.
Her platelets and O2 being normal are probably the only reason they are trying to induce her at all. It looks like she's probably going to get a section in all likelihood.
I'll be praying for ya'll.
Who's the OB there tonight?

Stay strong MB. I'm glad I didn't get time to think about mine. We were 5 weeks early and went in because of some pain. They figured it was a bladder infection causing false labor pains. A few minutes later they were rushing us to the OR for an emergency section.

Praying for you all MB. These things are so difficult to deal with. One moment you are on top of the world next you are scared to death. 30 weeks is very viable now a days, baby will do fine, lets get momma squared away.

I don't know him, but I've heard good things.

Damn I'm sure that was an adrenalin rush!
I've had 30 hours to ponder this situation.

Yep that's him. He's young but we are surrounded by friends in the medical field and he was highly recommended. Very pleased so far. :crossesfingersandprays:

I'm sure she's in great hands. He is a member of the most intelligent generation in the history of humanity.

I'm posting all this from a cot in her room that I'm pretty sure is of lower quality than what our prisoners sleep on

My wife had a difficult pregnancy. I slept in the hospital for over a week. Damn chair pinched a nerve in my back or something. I had pain for weeks, all the way down to my legs.
