That deer is in very poor health evident by the visible spine, ribs and deformed front legs. It could easily become diseased due to malnutrition and should be removed from the herd asap.

I would consider shooting this deer out of season for the multitude of reasons listed above. It needs to be removed from the heard.


Note to all wildlife agents: consider does not equal would.
