well before I only had photos and had no idea who he was. Now I have a name, my friend has seen him in person, spoken to him, has his cell phone number.

I have been following this story. It is hard to tell what the true story is, but......

This guy must have a warrant to confiscate any property of yours. That SD card is a major violation. You could have stored huge amounts of intellectual property from your business on your card. Without a warrant, he broke the law. Period.

Further, as a fisheries agent.....he has no fricking business writing you or your friend tickets for hunting violations. How the hell is this his business?

frick this dude!! He is illegal as hell and up to no good. I would approach the Sheriff with a "can you help me figure out what is going on?" approach. By the way, here is a picture of him on the SD card he replaced when he took my personal property. Oh, also, he has a bunch of other ones too.

If there is an investigation on you. Well, you will find out. If not, he is fricking up.

Why is he harrassing you? Why is he taking your shite? Why are other things missing from your property? If this fricker is legit, and always busting up on your property, why can't he catch the actual theives and poachers??

Because, I believe, it is him. He stands taller because he has a badge (I guess he has one).....so he will fall harder. In the end, I believe, he has hunted this "good buck" area for a long time. You came along and put up cameras. He walked through hunting one day and didn't notice a camera until he had been through how many areas? So, he went back took them all right away. Got the hell out of dodge. Cleaned up the mess by erasing the pics of himself. Took him a week to get back out there. Forgot which trees they came from and did his best. But, he is a lying frick.

By the way, I missed a couple of pages of this thread. Has anyone mentioned whether he was actually in uniform or not???

I'm pretty fired up and I think you need to stand up to this dude. I would probably call him myself and ask to meet with him. Give him the eyeball test and ask him some hard questions. Let him know you are no pushover.

It is just that people who use the law to abuse others make me fricking pissed off.

I served our country for 14 years and I love most every law enforcement officer I have met.....but the scumbags with a badge are worse than criminals to me.

I am a State Law Enforcement Officer in Mississippi and can check into this issue if the property owner wants.

there are a few things that I am waiting on before taking action.
1.) a conformation on the name. Bpinson has been a big help with that but I want to wait until my buddy confirms the name on the ticket so as not to incriminate any innocent party. I spilled booze on my phone at a Christmas party last night so communication with him has been limited. it should bee cleared up tomorrow.

2.)the guy said he is mailing the SD cards to my friends house. I want those returned so we have everything when we file a complaint. an envelope with his name and address in combination with the story and photos will likely aid in proving everything. If we done receive them soon I will proceed without them

3.) I'm just busy with finals. I graduate in a week so I have to take care of these. I've been trying to keep up with this thread and actually taking care of things when I take a break from studying/writing papers.
