Tree identification

Got a tree near a stand, my uncle says it’s pollen has him feeling like shite. Says it’s almost like a dandelion flying through the air. We’re trying to figure out what kind of tree/bush it is. I haven’t gone there to get a closer look so this is the best picture at the moment. Anyone have an idea?

Cottonwood does that but that looks like a Saltbush.

That appears to be a groundsel bush.

Yes. Other common name is baccharis
