Get a mix of croakers and skrimps. We killed it on the croakers early and then they just quit biting. Switched to skrimps and it was back on.
And yes, he will be on the north east side of rock island for a little while longer than the west side of the boca.
When in doubt, he starts pulling about 7pm and he's always on channel 69. He will answer you and tell you where he will be.

I'm thinking about doing something similar to what some urban youth do to their cars, I just can't decide what my favorite candy is.
