Not familiar with that brand, but it looks like the H&R Pardner. Basically a Chinese copy of an 870. My dad gave my son one of the Pardners in 20 ga.
It is a decent little gun. It had problems ejecting shells till I tuned up the ejector a little. Works fine now.

Googled it, both guns are made by Norinco.

Review - evidentally, Norinco is the parent company of IAC (International Arms Co.)
