This is what I would do.

I had a cousin sneaking onto my place once. I took his climber down, and hung it by a limb next to the road at the entrance of the property. He sent me a text that said "did you hang my stand out there." I simply replied "yes." He never mentioned it again, and I never caught him there again.

Nowadays, when I sneak onto his place I always bring my stand in and out that day, and never shoot a gun there. Bow only. Can't let anyone know I'm there.

No way I let someone back on my place that was there uninvited. May sound like a dick, but they will be back with others next time. I have a place that I have trouble keeping trespassers out of and its a pain in the arse. I let peolpe use it, but they have to call me before each use, and they cant bring others with them. Did that before and next time their friend wants to bring a diffenrent freind and so on. Then when you get enough and cut them off, your the dick.

Take it or don't take it and hide a camera to see who it is.
