You know, that guy is not the only insane anger ridden person on the planet. There's at least one more that posts on this board.

When travelling through certain parts of the country such as west Texas or Arizona, I was once cautioned "don't F around here, folks are usually carrying".

We have got to the point as a society where we think it's perfectly okay to f*** around and through the miracles of technology, modern medicine, and lax law enforcement, there are no consequences.

A lot of folks would be better off if we heeded this advice regardless of where we are and considered those around us a lot more before we acted.

This. Some anger is justified, an uncontrollable rant is not. I would have simply yelled without cussing in front of kid “see, that’s exactly why I told you not to mess around in that area. We have rules for a reason, and you almost got me killed because you won’t listen. It is my job to make sure you and your kids have a safe fishing trip and you cannot follow the instructions so I have no choice but to call it a day”

Yea, I dont think I would want that guy in control of a boat that had issues when we were offshore. He doesnt appear to be the guy who could control or handle a very bad situation. And trust me, they happen. People on your boat are never as experienced as you and do not know the operation of the boat or the dangers of it. It is your responsibility as the captain to control those issues.

I had a battery blow up on my boat once during a guide trip. I promise you, if you have never experienced that, it will wake you up and put you on the spot. Fortunately I handled it well and my customers did not panic.

I was on my ski boat once and a girl with me who had too much to drink decided while I’m driving to come get in my lap and try to make out while the boats running wide open. Her arse hits the steering wheel jerking the boat off course and I can’t see properly so I dethrottle and tell her to get the frick off of me before she causes me to wreck or run over someone. She took it as a rejection even though I’d been fricking her for awhile and made me drop her off at the landing and never heard from her again. Crazy bitch

fished the sea my entire life. my first impression is I wouldn't charter him.

If it was a tournament winning fish the guy set free I could understand it.
